  • Yes, but not in the cold-call or pushy sense. Your role is to connect with interested leads, help them find the right fit, and support them through enrollment. You're helping adults say yes to something they already want: to play music again.

  • Not at all. A love of music and appreciation for what we do is important, but you don't need to be a performer or music educator. If you're passionate about helping people grow and enjoy being part of a creative community, you're in the right place.

  • This is a full-time, remote position. You must be available to work during Boston working hours, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. While some flexibility is fine, consistent overlap is required for team communication, consult scheduling, and student support.

  • Yes. We offer structured onboarding, sales strategy documents, templates, and real-time shadowing. You’ll work directly with the Executive Director as you ramp up so you feel confident in our systems and messaging.

  • You'll use:

    • ActiveCampaign (CRM and email automations)

    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

    • ClickUp (project and task tracking)

    • Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager (for social content and paid ads)

    • Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) (for digital marketing and reporting)

Training is provided. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be tech-savvy and open to learning.

  • No. You'll receive a base hourly rate along with commissions for enrollments. Full details are in the job description.
