Not at all. A love of music and appreciation for what we do is important, but you don't need to be a performer or music educator. If you're passionate about helping people grow and enjoy being part of a creative community, you're in the right place.
-
This is a full-time, remote position. You must be available to work during Boston working hours, 10 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Time. While some flexibility is fine, consistent overlap is required for team communication, consult scheduling, and student support.
-
Yes, this is a fully remote, full-time contractor position. We’re currently prioritizing candidates based in South Africa, but we’re open to exceptional applicants elsewhere.
-
Yes. We offer structured onboarding, sales strategy documents, templates, and real-time shadowing. You’ll work directly with the Executive Director as you ramp up so you feel confident in our systems and messaging. We do expect this individual to be able to function independently though. The nature of a small startup is having a small and agile team. The right candidate will be a fast learner, inquisitive, and very proactive in their personal learning.
-
You'll use:
ActiveCampaign (CRM and email automations)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
ClickUp (project and task tracking)
Opus1.io for scheduling and billing management
Calendly for consultation bookings
Training is provided. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be tech-savvy and open to learning.

No. You'll receive a base monthly rate along with commissions for enrollments. Full details are in the job description.
