Join Loudlands as Our Enrollment & Community Manager
Lead student enrollment and guide their journey in a community that values creativity, connection, and musicianship.
Role Overview
β
We're hiring a full-time Enrollment & Community Manager β a high-leverage, mission-driven role at the intersection of sales, community building, and program support.
This is not a traditional sales job. It's a role for someone who genuinely loves music, people, and the Boston creative scene, and wants to channel that energy into helping adults find their place in it.
You'll own Loudlands' entire enrollment pipeline β managing leads, running phone consultations, and converting prospects into members across all of our programs. But your impact won't stop there. You'll be a visible, trusted presence in our Heavy Chemistry band community β showing up at shows, supporting event execution, and serving as a real point of connection for our students as they grow with Loudlands.
If you're a Boston musician who wants to turn your passion for music and community into a career that actually pays β this is that role.
